CANCELLATIONS BY THE USER
We reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As a general practice, we do not offer refunds, but customers can redeem the amount transferred for another outfit. Requests for cancellation must be made within 24 hours of placing the order on the site to be valid and accepted.
BILLING
The prices of our merchandise include VAT. The VAT charged depends on the destination where the order is shipped. The tax rate applied to the order will be the combined tax rate for both state and local tax rates according to the shipping address. We reserve the right to collect taxes for shipping charges where applicable.

RETURNS
- Our garments are made to order. Once your order is placed, we do not offer exchanges or returns.
- We are happy to assist with defects in the outfit. Please email us at contact@ambri.in.
- Returns are not possible for color exchanges. Please be sure of the color before ordering.
EXCHANGES
For international orders, we cannot assist with size exchanges due to high shipping and customs duties. However, if you can deliver the garments to us with duties paid, we can accommodate a size exchange, but the customer will need to cover the shipping costs again. DEFECTED PRODUCT REPLACEMENT
Any defects in the product should be reported within 3 days of delivery. Defective piece replacement issues will be resolved within one month from the date of delivery.
